Improve the performance of your EcoBoost F-150 by replacing the small, inefficient stock intercooler to reduce heat and produce more power. This intercooler is a direct fit replacement that features a core over 50% larger than the stock unit.
As the charts show in the images above, the CVF Titan Intercooler saw Charge Air Temperature (CAT) rise only +2 degrees over ambient temperature compared to the OEM intercooler's +42 CAC rise during a 2-5 gear pull under similar conditions (the OEM test was even conducted at cooler temperatures to start!).
The Titan realized a whopping 40 degree improvement over the OEM intercooler in real-world street testing by an unbiased, third-party tester where it matters: on the street, and not at the dyno (note: runs were made 1.5 hours apart on the same day).

Love it coupled with the turbos art bov.
So got the CVf titan installed with turbo smart bov. Pieces of advice. V2 needs no modifications. I spent the whole morning running around town looking for a 3.25” coupler adapter. Cvf thankfully answered their website im this morning as I already had everything torn apart. They sent me the screen shots on what needed to be done.
2nd pair of hands is very handy or use a jack cause holding things in place and getting bottom bracket situated and not dropping this heavy ass intercooler on your face is quite difficult. The bottom rubber bushings would fall off faster than I could get the bottom plate in place. Had to put the bushing onto the plate and lift it in place once I had both bolts in a few turns I could replace and get everything situated.
You do have to trim the shroud. 1.5”. To the seam works. I also removed the three passive shutters leaving the only one actually connected to the motor. So I won’t get any codes. No issues with figment. The shutters pop ride out no issues and can easily be returned to stock.

Fit and finish is very nice. I'm not gonna be racing my truck or anything just towing. I wanted to make sure it stays cool and this should do the job. I haven't towed with it yet so not much to say there but it is much bigger than stock. Great product!

Started with a street intercooler for my eco boost mustang and then a titan v2 for 2020 3.5 F150 and another one for my 2023 2.7 F150. Can’t go wrong with the build quality here at CVF

I have this in my 2018 Ford F-150; and mind you - I stay having a lead foot…it keeps the heat soak down significantly especially during the warmer months.
