Standard Return Policy: 30 Days After Receipt

Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by CVF are covered by this Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee in the case that it is not exchanged for a product from CVF. Return freight will be paid by the customer, and freight charges are strictly non-refundable. Due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing and performance vehicles, no returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages. Items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed by a member of our customer service department.

*Products purchased in a kit/combo are only eligible for return if the ENTIRE KIT/COMBO is returned at the same time.  Individual items inside a kit/combo cannot be returned separately.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means all shipping costs, including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from the product refund. Keep in mind that international orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees on the return shipment. CVF reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, in addition to all freight charges, from the product refund. If you would like to return an item it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to have it refused, cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.

Product Refunds

Once your return shipment has been received and approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment. The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing practices. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund. CVF does not refund shipping charges for returned items, and orders which qualified for free shipping will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges. Any customs or duties charges incurred upon returning an international shipment will be charged to the original form of payment. Refused or undeliverable orders may also be subject to return freight fees, duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees. At the discretion of CVF, items purchased from CVFab.com are subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the item's purchase price. Product Warranties

CVF does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. For CVF branded products, we offer a 100% Lifetime Performance Guarantee. Coverage of the product in question under the 100% Lifetime Performance Guarantee is limited manufacturing defects and is at the discretion of CVF. All other products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty by said manufacturer. If you recently purchased a product from CVFab.com and are concerned about the fitment or performance of your item, please contact a member of our customer service department for assistance. Our customer service representatives can provide installation support, troubleshooting advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects. If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments. If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.

Note for international buyers

Import duties, taxes, and fees aren't included in the item's price or shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for paying any import fees. Check with your country's customs office to find out what these additional charges will be before you purchase.

Free shipping disclaimer

Free shipping only applies to the continental 48 states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any of the U.S. territories may incur an additional shipping charge.
