Featuring 500 CPSI catalytic converters, the CVF Stainless Steel Catted Downpipes will release all the hidden horsepower and torque your turbocharged 3.5L Raptor has to offer by facilitating more efficient airflow directly from the turbo without eliminating the catalytic converters. This downpipe set will NOT trip the check engine light (CEL).

STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION

Actually used these downpipes to convert my 2021 F150 Tremor over to the raptor exhaust. When I recieved it from UPS, box was well abused and torn open. The installation hardware ended up missing. I reached out explained how I recieved it & what was missing and CVFABRICATION was very quick to send out replacement hardware. Not only top notch parts but also top notch team.

Fitment was "almost" perfect . I had a small hang up on passenger side to the factory exhaust but other than that it installed relatively easily. Best to start the truck prior to buttoning it all back up to make sure you don't have any leaks and to make any necessary adjustments to resolve.
You have to reuse several factory parts (exhaust clamp, nuts, and bolts) so be sure to not to damage, or toss them. They do provide the rear o2 DE fowlers (straight), but I prefer the J bend ones which I happened to already have. They also give you a paper print off advising how to break the new CATs in. The Exhaust sounds really good , but if using BAJA mode it's a bit over the top now.

Installed these on my Gen 3 Raptor and they are awesome. This was the first time I installed a performance part on my truck and instantly felt the improvement. The turbos spool faster and the truckās gets into the power curve much quicker.
The more audible turbo spool noise was a welcomed improvement as well! Fitment was perfect!
Huge tip, use a strong penetrating oil like Kroil to free up the nuts from the turbo flanges. Hit them with Kroil, let them sit for a few minutes and the nuts will pop right off.

These are great downpipes. I did pay a shop to install them ($600 at $200/hr which I thought was expensive) and they claimed there were no defoulers in the package. I have just received replacement defoulers from CVF (thank you for the fast shipping!!) and I am ready to get them installed to remove the CEL. Sound is great!! Between getting my downpipes installed a few weeks ago, and the time of this review now, 2023 ECU's have been cracked by MPT, Livernois and Goosetuned......I CANNOT wait to get some proper tuning paired with these awesome downpipes for the ultimate benefit. I will be purchasing the CVF Titan V2 intercooler soon!
