This BOV helps efficiently relieve some of the back pressure your motor generates, improving the overall health of your vehicle while avoiding the external noise of traditional blow off valves.

Looking for some bolt-on upgrades while the 2024 Ford Escape 2.0 Turbo is still under warranty. The Turbosmart BOV was a super simple installation and perfect fit. Simple as popping the hood, disconnecting the plug, three 10mm bolts, and install the new one. While the Turbosmart did come with extra bolts, the stock ones fit still and that is what I used.
Functionally in pushing the stock vs Turbosmart plungers was remarkedly different. See the video in my review to hear and see. Stock had a metallic clack sound when pressed while the Turbosmart BOV has a satisfying close that seals.
