IMPROVES PERFORMANCE
The Hot-side Aluminum Intercooler Piping is designed to improve the performance of your EcoBoost F-150's turbos by improving the performance of your intercooler via a 13% increase in airflow over the OEM alternative. This Piping replaces the restrictive hot-side piping with mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for smoother airflow.
QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
The 2.5" hot-side pipe features mandrel bends to allow for smooth air flow and the ultra-resistance fibers on the silicone couplers offer enhanced tolerance against heat and pressure.
STRAIGHTFORWARD INSTALLATION
Designed to install easily with basic hand tools, the Hot-side Piping requires no extra modifications and should only take you about 90 minutes to swap out. Complete with all necessary t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant couplers, this kit allows for a quick install.

Installed the CVF intercooler piping on my build, and the difference was immediate and impressive. Right out of the box, the quality was top-notch — solid construction, perfect welds, and a clean finish that puts the OEM piping to shame.
Performance-wise, this upgrade is a game changer. Even before my big turbo swap, I noticed a drastic improvement in throttle response and turbo spool. The turbos hit boost noticeably faster, and the power delivery feels much smoother throughout the RPM range. It’s like the engine can finally breathe the way it’s supposed to.
