The CVF Performance Intercooler for the Ford Maverick is a direct fit replacement that is over 240% larger than the stock unit. As the charts above indicate, during independent testing we've observed a reduction of 30+ degrees in Charge Air Temperature where it matters: on the street, and not at the dyno (the same vehicle under similar conditions).

APPLICATION AND INSTALLATION
Trimming of plastic shroud is required due to the increased size of the intercooler. Check engine lights will not be activated.

Put this on my 25 maverick over the weekend and it is definitely a quality piece. Install was fun overall, lol. Lots of cutting but it ended up fitting like a glove. Had to trim the bumper cover ever so slightly, but hardly noticeable. Not sure of the gains to be had but comparing it to the stock intercooler theres no way it cant be a notable improvement. Now you guys just need to get working on a downpipe for the 25 and up trucks. Count me in when u do!

2023 Ford Maverick; COBB custom tuned w/ the intercooler. CVF has the best quality. Super easy install. Plenty of information online. Would recommend. Only advice is to use electric saw, etc. instead of angle grinder unless you have a heavy duty one. Some of the plastic is touch to cut through with various grinders, but was super easy with my saw. Burned myself on melting plastic before switching to saw. Either way: 5 stars. Plug and play. Looks unique. Black matches my car!

With the insight and help from cvf I was able to get it on in no time! Looks great and works even better!! Can’t wait to get more of their stuff on my maverick!
