IMPROVES PERFORMANCE
The Aluminum Intercooler Hot-side + Cold-side Piping Kit is designed to improve the performance of your EcoBoost Bronco's turbos by improving the performance of your intercooler via an increase in airflow over the OEM alternative. This kit replaces the weak stock hot-side and the restrictive cold-side piping with mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for smoother airflow.
QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
The 2.75" cold-side and 2.25" to 2.5" hot-side pipes feature mandrel bends to allow for smooth air flow and the ultra-resistance fibers on the silicone couplers offer enhanced tolerance against heat and pressure.
STRAIGHTFORWARD INSTALLATION
Designed to install easily with basic hand tools, the Piping Kit requires no extra modifications and should only take you about 90 minutes to swap out. Complete with all necessary spring-loaded t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant couplers, this kit allows for a quick install.

This is a great add kit. Everything lined up like it should. I also paired it with the Turbosmart BOV and the Intercooler. The fit and finish is very nice and the clamps are awesome. Highly recommend this kit.

First off, if you plan to install a cold air intake, then I would suggest doing both at the same time. I say this because it will save you a lot of time. Removing one side of my Injen intake and then reinstalling it was a pain in the butt. This holds true if you're looking at the Injen, K&N, S&B, and AFE intake. Replacement box style intakes won't be affected.
Here's a few things a I noticed after installing these charge pipes.
Aftermarket Turbosmart BOV (VTA model) makes a higher-pitched noise. Sounds good -more pronounced and aggressive.
I can feel the power increase. It's not a ton, but it's definitely noticeable. I can now spin the tires flooring it from a 10-20 MPH with traction control off. That has never happened previously. Keep in mind, I'm FBO and ZFG Racing E85 tuned. I can't speak for the power increase on a stock 2.7L, but I imagine you'll notice more power and improved throttle response.
The T-bolt clamp design isn't the most aesthetically pleasing, but they work great and should hold better than a typical worm clamp.
Overall, I'm very happy with the charge pipes and glad I installed them on my Bronco.

I just installed this kit on my 2023 Bronco 2.7 and while it tool longer than I anticipated, it is absolutely a great product. It takes a little bit to position all of the piping so that it doesn't make contact with anything (such as the crank pulley, alternator pulley, and inner frame), but once you got it all figured out it all fits perfect. The only downside I'd say is that the clamps they come with are pretty bulky and there are quite a bit of extra threads that hang out, so it's not super aesthetically pleasing. But then again the entire engine bay of the Bronco isn't the prettiest engine bay to start with. But again, I'm super happy with it and it mates up nicely to the CVF Intercooler too.
