You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unopened, and in original condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to refunds, unless you're exchanging the item for something of equal or greater value. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you purchased a kit or combo, all components must be returned together. Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days once approved. For issues related to damage, incorrect items, or warranty claims, please reach out to our support team.

Bought for my hot-side coupler, and it ain’t going anywhere now! Make sure to tighten it down as much as you can by hand, and avoid any type of power tools so you don’t overtighten it. They’re strong clamps, so locking it in by hand is more than enough. Great quality!
