EQUAL LENGTH DESIGN
The unique equal length tube design features an H-pipe balance tube for increased airflow and velocity, resulting in improved throttle response.

Two massive conical high-performance air filters increase airflow up to 35% above stock intakes. With washable and reusable 8-layer dry air filters you'll capture more contaminants without sacrificing performance.
STRAIGHTFORWARD INSTALLATION
No assembly is required for the lower half of the factory air box, which is encased in a heavy-duty 16-gauge heat shield and can be enclosed with an optional aluminum cover. The top-mounted shield design allows for hassle-free installation using only standard factory mounting locations.

Had this kit custom powder coated and installed today. I had the same issue as last reviews. The center clamps were too small and the tube kit my coolant tank for the battery. Other than that I love this. Now I just need charge pipes for the powerboost and I am complete CV Fab.

Installed this intake recently on my Gen 3 Raptor. I also installed the AFE tube and the optional cover. This install looks great and sounds great. Like all CVF stuff, everything is very well made.
Honorable mention to the CVF team answering all my questions.
I plan to get a tune down the road to really take advantage of the better flow.

Sound is great. Looks great! Love that it is aluminum tubing with tig welds to make it look industrial!
Only issues are that it fits very tight against the coolant tank in the f150 powerboost. Not much they can do about it though, just the way the truck is built With that turbo inlet tube so close. Other small issue is the 2 hose clamps for the center to keep the 2 tubes together did not fit, they are too small in diameter. Nothing to complain about tho! Over all satisfied, would buy again!

Shipping was very quick, and install was not complicated at all if you’ve done intakes before. Installed on a 2024 Expedition Timberline. Makes all the right turbo noises and has no error codes.

Since I’ve had my truck I’ve been looking at different intakes. Not knowing which one I wanted to try. While searching and reviewing and looking more I ran in to cvfab and like what I seen. So I placed my order and within 2 days I received it in the mail. Less than 20 minutes I had it installed and man the notes it sings is awesome! I really feel that it breathes much better. I will definitely be using there products to complete my build.
