IMPROVES PERFORMANCE
The Cold-side Aluminum Intercooler Piping is designed to improve the performance of your EcoBoost F-150's turbos by improving the performance of your intercooler via an increase in airflow over the OEM alternative. This kit replaces the weak stock rubber hot-side and the restrictive cold-side piping with mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for smoother airflow.
QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
The 3.5" to 3" cold-side pipe features mandrel bends to allow for smooth air flow and the ultra-resistance fibers on the silicone couplers offer enhanced tolerance against heat and pressure.
STRAIGHTFORWARD INSTALLATION
Designed to install easily with basic hand tools, the Cold-side Piping requires no extra modifications and should only take you about 90 minutes to swap out. Complete with all necessary t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant couplers, this kit allows for a quick install.

I bought this after my stock intercooler pipe blew up while under boost, leaving me running on all motor. Ford has a recall/stop sale and they won’t sell the stock they have. They claim to be redesigning Theo Joe but have no ETA. I found this product and am so happy I did! It came fast as heck, fit and finish is perfect and my truck runs amazing! Thank you guys for an awesome product!!!

When I first received the package, I was worried that there was a missing piece as there was no way to get it to match the factory piping on my 2016 Expedition. Lo and behold though, it fits perfectly just taking a different route than the original. The new piping looks better, has a shorter path, and is metal instead of plastic. The price was lower than what I would have paid for an OEM part, had I even been able too, since Ford obsoleted the part and does not produce it anymore.

the stock plastic piping split wide open when I went to remove it to get better access to the water pump, for roughly the same price I wasn't going to put another plastic one on there.
4 stars instead of 5 mainly because they redesigned this pipe to be 2 pieces with 3 couplers (all different sizes) with no instructions. I've never seen a pipe with a silicone coupler slide OVER the outlet of the intercooler before so I fought with it for quite a while. Once I realized that 1) you have to position the longer pipe off the throttle body first so you can get the vacuum line connected and 2) the small pipe slides OVER the intercooler outlet it went together pretty quickly.
I used some foaming window cleaner to get the vacuum line to slide on fully and it also helps slide the silicone couplers in place but dries quickly and wont hurt anything.
