APPLICATION AND INSTALLATION
The active grille shutters (AGS) have to be removed for installation. There is no check engine light associated with removal of the AGS and they can be placed back on the vehicle if the intercooler is removed.

High quality intercooler for my 2023 2.7 F150. There was a small imperfection in the bov connection, i smoothed out with a file. The intercooler grille shutters had to be completely removed because of the angle of the plug for the shutter motor. I bolted the motor to the frame and plugged it in so there is no CEL. Overall i am satisfied with it, i am looking forward to seeing more consistent power when it warms up outside and i am towing as well. Shipped fast, and was packaged very well.

Received my Titan V2 Intercooler for my 2020 F150 in only a few days after ordering and that’s incredibly fast considering I live in Alaska! Very well packed and it looks amazing. This thing is beneficial even if it’s done by itself but helps immensely if done with CVFab’s other amazing products like their hot and cold side upgrades, downpipes, and turbo inlet tubes! Can’t wait to get it installed.
