IMPROVES PERFORMANCE
The Aluminum Intercooler Hot-side + Cold-side Piping Kit is designed to improve the performance of your EcoBoost Bronco's turbos by improving the performance of your intercooler via an increase in airflow over the OEM alternative. This kit replaces the weak stock hot-side and the restrictive cold-side piping with mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for smoother airflow.
QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
The 2.75" cold-side and 2.25" to 2.5" hot-side pipes feature mandrel bends to allow for smooth air flow and the ultra-resistance fibers on the silicone couplers offer enhanced tolerance against heat and pressure.
STRAIGHTFORWARD INSTALLATION
Designed to install easily with basic hand tools, the Piping Kit requires no extra modifications and should only take you about 90 minutes to swap out. Complete with all necessary spring-loaded t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant couplers, this kit allows for a quick install.

Install took a bit longer than it should have. The elbow that attaches to the IC on the hot side was a little too short. Got it on but just barely, which means that there's probably some unwanted stress being applied somewhere. It really needs a longer elbow on that side. Aside from that, everything else seemed fine.
FYI: the Boomba BOV spacer thingy doesn't fit. So don't buy that if you got these charge pipes.

Great piping kit, especially when paired with my other mods. It definitely helps the turbo spool faster, and you can feel the difference in acceleration. My only gripe is the lack of instructions—it would’ve been helpful to have a note or diagram. The rubber couplers for the intercooler were different sizes compared to stock, so I had to test fit, which took extra time. Still, overall it was a fairly easy install and the performance gain is worth it. Shipping was quick—I ordered early in the week and had it by Saturday.

I love the performance so far, it really opens up the 2.3 with my tune, cold air intake, and dual rear. I've got the catted downpipe too now and it has drastically improved the flow rate on my dual rear 3 inch mbrps. The turbo four banger really opens up, and I haven't even gotten the intercooler yet. Higher capacity pipes and my tune alone showed a noticeable difference in power. I'm really looking forward to getting the intercooler.
