2019 ranger 47K. I already have the hot side pipe installed and decided to do the cold side. It arrived and there is no installation instructions. I popped on to You Tube and watched a couple of older installs. Everyone complained of a very tight fit. I gave it s shot and they were right! The rubber piece that connects the pipe has two sizes of openings plus a mild curve to mate up with the throttle body. It also has the port for the supplied metal tube. You won't know the proper alignment till you pull out the stock plastic piece. Also I guessed the small clamp went around that metal tube piece. I finally pieced it together. Takes a little muscle. The screw type clamps that come with are adequate on the throttle body, but the pipe side could be bigger. It will work ,but it isn't a clean fit. I can feel the difference in throttle response. The plastic connector on the stock pipe is plastic and is smaller than the pipe. With it gone the air flow is better. Roughly a two hour install. I cleaned the throttle body while I had access also. I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger ECOBOOST. This is my first time where I can afford to tweak and tune a vehicle quickly. I did some research and looked at what the easiest way would be to upgrade this little 2.3 Turbo Motor. As i researched every time I looked I kept seeing CV Fabrication pop up. I looked at the website and the Message window popped up, I figured why not just start the conversation, and make a plan with their assistance. I explained my ideas and asked where to start, and how to proceed. The staff on the other side was extremely helpful and you could tell someone was actually on the other end of this conversation and that it was not a bot or an AI generated conversation. The staff member and i came up with an awesome plan, and later that afternoon I made the purchase of the CVF Cold-Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe as well as a few other items. The only thing I have yet to buy is the Turbo Downpipe, which will be in phase 2 of my build. All items were shipped within 24 hours, received within a week. When i received the items I immediately pulled them from their packaged and was extremely impressed at how everything had been fabricated. My son welds for a living and made comment to the teams welds and fabrication techniques. As I move forward in my build I can't wait to work with CV more in the future. My only complaint so far is I wish they offered more for my Ranger, especially a Cat Back Exhaust. Thanks CVF!
