IMPROVES PERFORMANCE
The Aluminum Intercooler Hot-side + Cold-side Piping Kit is designed to improve the performance of your EcoBoost F-150's turbos by improving the performance of your intercooler via an increase in airflow over the OEM alternative. This kit replaces the weak stock rubber hot-side and the restrictive cold-side piping with mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for smoother airflow.
QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
The 3.5" to 3" cold-side and 2.5" hot-side pipes feature mandrel bends to allow for smooth air flow and the ultra-resistance fibers on the silicone couplers offer enhanced tolerance against heat and pressure.
STRAIGHTFORWARD INSTALLATION
Designed to install easily with basic hand tools, the Piping Kit requires no extra modifications and should only take you about 90 minutes to swap out. Complete with all necessary t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant couplers, this kit allows for a quick install.

Great quality product, way better clamps, elbows and piping than other aftermarket options. I put AFE intercooler pipes on my 2022 raptor and the quality is so far below CVF it’s not even funny. Installation was not very difficult just time consuming.

Installed with Titan 2 intercooler in an afternoon with basic tools. Pipes look great and are very well made.Instructions are not included but installation is pretty straightforward.

Installed these on my 2023 Raptor this weekend. Overall the installation was very easy once I figured out what pipe went where. The biggest tip I can share in the pieces with the threaded insert mount closest to the turbos on each site. On the drivers side is the longer pipe that attached to the turbo on the passenger side its the short elbow with the insert that attached to the turbo.
After I figure out which pipe went where, the install was a breeze! Truck runs great and bonus points because I can hear the turbos a bit more now through the aluminum plumbing.

Hey, guys and gals.
Getting a set of charge pipes that fit has been a hassle. Originally I ordered a set of Mishimoto charge pipes (I have their intercooler) because the website said 2017 and up, unfortunately the hot side did not fit. They are currently working on a solution to fix that problem. That being said, I stumbled across these CVF charge pipes and figured I would give them a try and they fit perfectly! The fit and finish is great and I prefer the design of the CVF pipes over the Mishimoto pipes. Installing them was easy even though they came with no instructions, you can pretty much match the pipes up with your factory pipes and figure it out. My only complaint is I don’t care for the hose clamps they use, nothing wrong with the quality, I just prefer a different style. If you are in the market for a quality set of charge pipes, don’t hesitate to buy these!
