The unique equal length tube design features an H-pipe balance tube for increased airflow and velocity, resulting in improved throttle response.

Two massive conical high-performance air filters increase airflow up to 45% above stock intakes. With washable and reusable 8-layer dry air filters you'll capture more contaminants without sacrificing performance.
STRAIGHTFORWARD INSTALLATION
No assembly is required for the lower half of the factory air box, which is encased in a heavy-duty 16-gauge heat shield. The top-mounted shield design allows for hassle-free installation using only standard factory mounting locations.

Not only now does my 2012 FX4 3.5L EB look the part, it sounds the part! Installation was straight forward and fast. You only need a flat head screwdriver for the clamps, and a 10mm socket for remounting the IAT sensor. I removed all the original parts, mocked these up, got it where it needed to be, and tightened the clamps last. Huge difference in the audible turbo sounds. Shipping was fast. Packaging was solid. Installation was maybe 30 minutes. Quality materials and finish. Highly recommend if you want to hear those turbos breathe.

This filter looks awesome and more importantly sounds great, really livened this truck up. Installation was easy but where the “h pipe” meets didn’t really align perfectly no matter how hard I tried but that may have just been me. The hose clamps for the h pipe were not big enough so I had to buy my own, may have just been a one time issue, but just keep that in mind.

So far on my 2013 f150 platinum I’ve done spd turbo flanges spd catted down pipes and spd stainless catback…as well as a sct livewire tune running the stock 93 tube for now…but the truck needed a intake first before intercooler and piping….after installing the cv fab intake I went for a quick ride some city driving and a few highway exits the truck definitely felt like it had a bit more power with the intake and the turbo whistling seems a lot more noticeable now with the intake…so overall I’m very pleased it looks great, build quality seems to be sturdy and the finish seems pretty rugged…. Definitely happy I didn’t spend double for basically the same thing save the $300 buy from cv fabrication…….I’ll be ordering intercooler and piping from them in next week or two

I liked the design and sturdiness of it I got it installed along with hot and cold side piping from CVFAB I had piping done by a mechanic friend from church I did cold air intake last night it was challenging and a very tight fit needed stronger clamps one on drivers side kept sliding off when I would button it down in filter tray I finally got it with a extra clamp to hold will check it today some of those piping clamps would be a great help that you send with hot and cold piping overall I am very pleased with it!
