IMPROVES PERFORMANCE
The Hot-side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe is designed to improve the performance of your Focus ST's turbo by facilitating better airflow to your intercooler. This pipe replaces the weak stock rubber hot-side piping with larger mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for smoother airflow.
QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
The mandrel bends allow for smooth air flow and the 4-layer silicone couplers with ultra-resistance fibers offer enhanced tolerance against heat and pressure. High-tension t-bolt clamps are also included in the kit.
STRAIGHTFORWARD INSTALLATION
Designed to install easily with basic hand tools, this Hot-side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe requires no extra modifications and should only take you about 30 minutes to swap out. Complete with all necessary t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply couplers, this kit allows for a quick install.

I've been debating on this for a while. I'm on stock turbo with a FSWERKS FMIC. I finally bought this hot-side charge pipe when the worn OEM coupler started blowing off no matter how tight the clamp was.
Packaging was great and arrived very quickly. It came with all clamps and mounting hardware, including bolts, washers, and locking washers as the mounting tabs are relocated for the metal pipe. Install is very easy and straight forward. I wish the clamps were a little smaller as their minimum size is the size of the pipe w/coupler. Regardless, everything is tight and held boost just fine on my test drive. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price.

After going with the catted downpipe, which was solid and well built, I had an issue with my stock hot side charge pipe popping off at the intercooler, then the mid pipe. After a few of these I decided to go with aftermarket. CVF came out on top as far as reviews and recent experience with build quality and customer service. Hoping to get a used 2019-23 Ranger down the road and will be looking at more upgrades here for sure.

I got this along with the cold side pipe. It needed to be extended to fit my big turbo setup but that was no issue. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to upgrade!
