The CVF Performance Intercooler for 2019-2023 Ford Edge ST is a direct fit replacement (some trimming of shroud required) that is almost two times the size of the stock unit. A proven, upgraded intercooler eliminates heat soak that plagues the OEM unit (when temps. steadily increase at WOT as the OEM intercooler becomes overwhelmed and leads to steady power loss). An upgrade to an efficient intercooler is easily the most effective power mod. on turbocharged applications, particularly when paired with a custom tune.

Manufactured from top-grade aluminum, the CVF Performance Intercooler features a TIG-welded, proprietary bar-and-plate core design for maximum durability and performance. This particular core construction has led to data-backed results of 40+ degree cooling on similar applications.
APPLICATION AND INSTALLATION
Trimming of plastic shroud is required due to the increased size of the intercooler. Check engine lights will not be activated.

Customer service was perfect- friendly, quick, and fun to talk to. The IC arrived within 3 days of ordering and came packaged professionally. The intercooler is massive compared to OEM and fit like a glove with some mild trimming on some plastics pieces hidden behind the bumper. IAT2 temps are consistent during multiple WOt runs and are cooler than when running the Ford IC. The piece itself is beautiful, welds look great and fitment, quality, construction are superb. This should cost twice as much as being charged.

The CVF performance intercooler is the first upgrade done to our 2020 Edge ST, the install was smooth and simple. The difference in size between the CVF and stock intercoolers are considerably different, and the IAT's on the data logs showed this with a much lower temp compared to the stock intercooler. The customer service was absolutely amazing and helpful, and any questions we had were quickly answered. I would highly recommend CVF products to any of my friends and we plan to purchase more parts for both of our Ecoboost vehicles in the future. Thank you CVF for making such great products!
