Featuring 400 CPSI catalytic converters, the CVF Stainless Steel Catted Downpipes will release all the hidden horsepower and torque your turbocharged 3.5L Raptor has to offer by facilitating more efficient airflow directly from the turbo without eliminating the catalytic converters. This set features built-in turbo adapters to maximize exhaust throughput and reduce back pressure at the connection, leading to lower exhaust gas temperatures. This downpipe set will NOT trip the check engine light (CEL).

I purchased the catted downpipes hoping to replace my failing cats and afrer looking around i decided to order. This set is easy to install and eliminates the turbo adapters to me this is great because eliminates a potential leak point and completely changes the way the truck feels. The package came in pdrfectly packed and on time. I love it and completely recommend. One thing i would like to mention is that the bolts that connect to the turbo change from(stock) 15mm to sockethead cap screw i believe 5/16 nothing wrong just be ready.

When my truck felt sluggish and threw the catalytic converter code, I was just going to delete them but when I found this CVF downpipes the benefits or a highflow downpipe with built in turbo adapter for this price, just couldn't let it pass. I recently installed the CVF downpipes, and they are absolutely amazing. From the moment I unboxed them, the quality stood out — clean welds, perfect fitment, and built to perform. But what really blew me away was how much of a difference they made.
Right after install, I noticed a drastic improvement over OEM. The turbos spool noticeably faster, throttle response is way sharper, and the power just comes on stronger and smoother throughout the rev range. Paired with my big turbos, it’s like the car finally unlocked its full potential.
The sound difference is just as impressive — deep, aggressive, and refined. It has that perfect growl you want from an aftermarket downpipe without being over the top. And here’s the kicker: CVF delivers this level of performance and sound at a price point that’s honestly ridiculous. Compared to the bigger-name brands, you’re getting equal (if not better) performance and sound, for hundreds less.
CVF knocked it out of the park with these downpipes. If you’re looking for real performance gains without paying for a brand name, this is the way to go.

I recently bought a 2018 raptor with 275k miles on it (insane I know), planning on having repairs as they come up. Recently my CEL came on for P0420 identifying my stock cats were clogged. After doing some digging I found these downpipes to fix my problem. Items arrived packaged perfectly, fabrication was spot on and fit up perfectly. I emailed the customer service to see what additional parts I would need and they responded extremely quickly! 10/10 recommend. Already sound slightly more aggressive and im excited to see any performance gains!

The finish product is amazing, the sound and performance is mind blowing, I converted my single side exit exhaust to the raptor style exhaust and when it was time to get the down pipes i put my money on CV fabrication and i am impressed, My Truck is so aggressive sound is amazing, Performance wise i could immediately notice the difference within 30 minutes of warming up the cats. The factory raptor exhaust is screaming bloody mary lol. Love it. Highly recommend!!
