The CVF Street Intercooler for 2015-2023 Ford Mustang EcoBoost is a direct fit replacement that is over double the size of the stock unit. As the charts above indicate, during independent testing we've observed a reduction of 40 degrees in Charge Air Temperature where it matters: on the street, and not at the dyno (the same vehicle under similar conditions).

I recently replaced the stock intercooler, charge pipes, and BOV with CVF street and charge pipes and Turbosmart BOV. The intercooler is 2x the size and has a way better construction than stock. The installation for it was smooth. Required taking off the bumper, but very straightforward, and the fit was perfect. The charge pipes were a slightly different story. The cold side was fairly easy after removing the open air intake. The hot side was a beast. No matter how I aligned the couplings, the space between the intercooler and the couplings was so tight that it took me way longer than expected. I tried heating the coupling, but that did not work. I finally used some silicon grease on the coupling and got it to slip on, and then cranked down the clamp. All is working fine. The quality of all the parts is excellent, and they look fantastic. I can definitely feel a difference in the power, especially after several hard pulls.

The intake air temps sustaining a cooler temp over stock has been the greatest part. During test drive i noticed the turbo flutter is cut down by half which means i need to do a bigger turbo. Install did take longer than I would ever imagine. The CVF team through IG has made it a breeze of an install. It's installed form looks and fits as a well crafted design. HIGHLY recommend product. #AllTheBOOST

Purchased this street intercooler for my ‘19 eco boost mustang, so easy to install and the craftsmanship is excellent! Saw much lower temps even in Florida so I purchase a Titan V2 for my 2020 F150 eco boost and 2023 F150 eco boost.

This intercooler was delivered very fast welds are excellent fitment is great just finished putting it in did not take too long keeps my charge temps down does not heat soak easy haven't really ran it too hard for too many runs in a row but so far so good no heat soap no problems can't say it enough great intercooler well worth the money

I live in florida where it’s always hot and my oem intercooler was really prone to heat soaking especially in traffic. Before I was getting 120-130 under load, 130 cruising, and if I’m sitting in traffic it’d go up to 145-155. Now with the new intercooler i get 100-115 under load .120 cruising and 130-135 in traffic. I’ve even seen it go as low a 85 degrees when the suns down. 100% recommend getting your ecoboost will love you. Installation wise it was pretty easy me and a couple buddies were able to install pretty quick in just under 2 hours. PS, a lift will make it way easier but definitely doable with jack stands
