While our original CVF Titan and CVF Titan v2 intercoolers are unmatched when it comes to performance for your hard-earned buck, the Titan High Mount takes performance a step further by relocating the intercooler up higher to facilitate the installation of a winch or certain aftermarket bumpers while maintaining the same data-backed, game-changing performance of our original units .

Improve the performance of your EcoBoost F-150 by replacing the small, inefficient stock intercooler to reduce heat and produce more power. This intercooler is a bolt-on replacement that features a core over 70% larger than the stock unit. This intercooler's relocation kit also features upgraded aluminum hot-side and cold-side piping with expanded intercooler outlets (3" on each side).
EXCEPTIONAL CONSTRUCTION FOR MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY
Manufactured from top-grade aluminum and accompanied by upgraded intercooler piping (also aluminum), the CVF Titan High Mount Intercooler features a TIG-welded proprietary bar-and-plate design for maximum durability and fully cast end tanks (imprinted with the CVF logo) to ensure maximum flow of air into the unit and out to your turbo - equaling more consistent airflow and more HP.
APPLICATION AND INSTALLATION
The active grille shutters (AGS) have to be removed for installation. There is no check engine light associated with removal of the AGS and they can be placed back on the vehicle if the intercooler is removed.

Just installed the front mount intercooler and I already love it it makes the truck look so mean and actually improves over the factory intercooler that is hidden behind the bumper now with cvf intercooler it’s behind the grill getting all the airflow definitely going to receive a lot less heat soak. It was pretty easy to install just a little time-consuming and a little trimming and it fits right behind though I am grill. I also just uploaded a video installing it “socalxlt” on YouTube for anyone else that’s interested to make their truck look even better.

Installed the Big Intercooler recently and I’m really happy with the results. The installation wasn’t difficult at all – pretty straightforward if you have basic tools and a little mechanical experience.
The performance gains were noticeable – better throttle response and lower intake temps. The build quality feels solid and it fits perfectly without any modifications.
Watching a few review and installation videos beforehand definitely helped me understand the process better. If you’re on the fence, I recommend checking those out – they made the install smoother and faster.
Overall, it’s a great upgrade for the price and well worth it for anyone looking to improve cooling and performance.

I ordered upgraded hot side piping with the intercooler and am impressed with the quality of CVF products. She's thick (the intercooler, not my wife) and handles the heat well. Installatiin instructions would hand been nice but assembly is rather intuitive so all good there. If you are reading the reviews you are only looking for affirmation to make the purchase, do it, you won't be dissapointed.

Make sure you watch the installation videos! The tiny OEM intercooler needed to go to make room for a winch or frame cut bumper, still undecided but either way this intercooler was a necessity. The parts are high quality, everything went together as it should with no issues, and it looks/sounds incredible with the Turbo Smart Vee Port BOV. Very impressed and satisfied!
