While our original CVF Titan Intercooler is unmatched when it comes to performance for your hard-earned buck, the Titan v2 takes performance a step further by featuring a 27% larger core, eliminating the cold side coupler connection, and introducing a condensation drain on under the cold side end tank. The advanced design not only allows for better cooling than the already exceptional 40+ degree Charge Air Temperature (CAT) reduction proven by the CVF Titan (data charts are on the product page for the original CVF Titan here) but also seamless installation on 15+ F-150 EcoBoost models.

Improve the performance of your EcoBoost F-150 by replacing the small, inefficient stock intercooler to reduce heat and produce more power. This intercooler is a direct fit replacement that features a core over 82% larger than the stock unit.

Manufactured from top-grade aluminum, the CVF Titan v2 Intercooler features a TIG-welded proprietary bar-and-plate design for maximum durability and fully cast end tanks (imprinted with the CVF logo) to ensure maximum flow of air into the unit and out to your turbo - equaling more HP.
APPLICATION AND INSTALLATION
The active grille shutters (AGS) have to be removed for installation. There is no check engine light associated with removal of the AGS and they can be placed back on the vehicle if the intercooler is removed.

Fairly simple install. Used the videos from AmericanTruck to help. As others have mentioned, since the new intercooler is larger than stock, you will be required to remove portion of the shutter grille assembly. Felt like this was the longest part of the project. Took me a couple of hours, but definitely worth it.

Upon opening this thing, you'll immediately notice how massive it is, especially compared to the OEM "that'll do" intercooler. The aluminum side tanks and added drain are a huge plus that most other brands seem to ignore. A must buy for any Ecoboost application.

Currently in a heatwave in central Florida with every day 100°+. These pictures were taken a few days apart from each other, pre install and post install. I am shocked at the temp differences. This is my 2nd F150 with the titan and I am glad I stuck with them. Highly recommend for anyone living in a hot climate.
